What do you think is the most fundamental human right that a human being has? one that you would like to see more strongly supported?

There are so many of them...
    Freedom of Choice,
    Freedom of Expression,
    Freedom of Life.
... and yet a lot of them are neglected.

    So?

the right to life is most important

people should never have full freedom to choice because we rarely make the right ones

people should never have full freedom of expression because they dont always express themselves in the right way

How can you deny people the freedom of choice? This, in my opinion, is the most important human right. It is through our mistakes that we learn and grow.

And not allowing people full freedom of expression?? What do you mean some people dont express themselves in the right way? What is "the right way"?

By expressing the wrong way I think he means something like :ugly people could walk around the streets naked :dunno: (me shudders ) .

Well, of course, Freedom of Life is most important.

This is absolute and inalienable. You have the right, to a great extent, to take whatever means necessary to maintain your life.

We do however have other rights that must be limited to avoid your rights coming into conflict with another's. Like if you wanted to express yourself all over my property. My right to private property takes precedence over your right of expression.

There is great Philosophical arguments around this e.g. Hobbes' Conception of Man in his book "Leviathan" and in John Locke's Two Treaties

exactly but by now we have repeated most of our mistakes a number of times and we still havent learnt from the decisions we have made at some point it has to stop.

freedom of expression is exactly the same people do it wrongly again and again
