I have an interview coming up and I am so nervous. Any ideas how to keep calm?

Getting drunk/smoking blunts/valium and other drugs are not an option.

Read up about the company - make sure you know a bit about it. Don't be too chatty, and when you do talk sound like you know what you're on about - Try to appear confident without being arrogant if you know what I mean! Also, try to appear friendly, without being over familiar. If its a technical job, make sure you know about whatever the company manafactures/designs, and if they ask you something you don't know, just think logically about what the answer might be. Good luck!

get an extremely powerful anti persperant and cover your whole body in it, especially your hands just before you go in - you'll probably have to shake someones hand and as sweaty hands are nasty and instantly portray you nerves - its a good plan
