    hey guys/gals,

just wondering do any of you use a computer proggy to keep track of your workouts? i tried the ol paper approach but keep on losing the pages plus it be far more convenient to keep a log of my training on my laptop!

also going to take up either Judo or Tak-Wan-Do for the summer anyone have any idea which one i should take up? i suppose its better to ask this question over on the self defense board but it wouldnt hurt to ask here either!

    thanks

I use the Timex software - it could be used without a timex gadget, fairly handy for graphs and stuff.

But I also keep a huge A4 sized yearly diary, and in that I put absoultely everything from weight to rhr and of course all session data. Can't beat pen and paper - just need to plan what you want to record!

the chicken sandwich as it has more protein.

Set up a simple Excel spreadsheet. Recording weights, reps and sets and any comments. Very useful if you need to check your progress a year or two later.

    Paper records get lost.

Got the watch, HR strap, and SD unit brought home from the states for me. And I bought the data recorder online from the UK.

So much cheaper to buy from the states - online or in person, just watch out for import duties!
