I checked my system using CPU-Z and it originally shows my memory frequency as 102.5Mhz. I had everything on auto at that time in my BIOS apart from cas-2, trcd-3, trp-2, tras-7 which I set manually. After some advice, I changed the the MemClock Mode in the Bios to limit and changed the MemCLock to CPU Ratio to DDR 400. Then my pc would not boot so I changed it to DDR 333. I ran CPU-Z again and it only shows 170.8Mhz. Isnt that a bit low? Shouldnt it show 333Mhz?

Also, Asus Probe shows that my CPU max speed can go up to 2200Hmz. Is that the limit of my CPU if I decide to overclock it? How do I overclock my CPU?

    Thanks in advance.

not sure about this so take it with a pinch of salt. i think it's right though.

DDR means double data rate - so for ddr333 the memory clock speed should be 166mhz. the ddr speed is the clock speed x2.
