CD-R/RW, DVD-RW (Video/VR mode) playback ???

    ok, I checked the TV DVD Player and the following line pops up under the spec:

    >> CD-R/RW, DVD-RW (Video/VR mode) playback <<

    Now for another dumb question - outside of the obvious, is there a difference between DVD-R and DVD-RW... I am asuming both will play exactly the same way (only that I can re-write the RW disk).

    have patience withe me ... i'm getting there ... lol
