Try the Glenroyal Lesiure Centre http://www.glenroyal.ie/ Or Intel which is 5 Mins out the road and they provide free bus.

Do intel accept part-time & summer workers? I thought it was only internships & full-timers they were after. Thanks for the hotel link i'll send off a C.V & covering letter.

Again I stress that I will take any job, shop/cleaning/fast food (again :( )

Not sure about Intel , i wouldnt worry too much Maynooth's a fairly big town and has plenty of Student type jobs going all year round.

I hope so I have enough stress trying to make the grades for a transfer besides having to worry about a job as well

Tesco's there are in a permanent state of hire. Night work and all.

I'm pretty sure that Intel themselves wouldn't take short term staff but they also contract in quite a few companies who might.

As uberwolf suggested, Tesco in Maynooth might be worth a look. They're open 24 hours a lot of the time so they need quite a big staff.

24 hours? finally being an insomniac & caffine addict (I wonder if both problems are related) will pay off.

    thanks for the tips

Well, i don't know if this is of any interest but I came across a page on nixers.com from the college at maynooth who want people to work maintaing the student residences before or after they rent them out to people staying there in the summer I presume. Anyway, full details are here Flexible hours too.

Oh, also, they have a small pool in the college, so i suppose they might need lifeguards- especially during the summer if their regular student life guards aren't there-like i said, i don't know personally, but maybe worth a shot. If so, it might possibly be the same in the Glenroyal - they have a pool to, so.....

If your a college student you should try the tesco/super valu/londis/centra anyway, i know loads of people who have got a summer job in one of those in maynooth.

Anyway, good luck with the job hunt,

    Spaczed
