Well, whatcha think? Looks interesting. What I can't understand is why Sky dropped it? Not only is it a good show, has Jennifer Garner and some good plots but Ricky Gervais is gonna be in it this season. Sounds like a winning formula to me. Seems Sky are more interested in showing repeats of Kirsty's Home Videos.

Sky dropped it because of ratings I assume. Kirsty's Home Video is a lot cheaper than Alias, I imagine.

Also: Ricky Gervais is going to be in it? What the fcuk? Where did you hear that? Sounds like a load of codswallop....

Ricky Gervais is going to be in it.

He filmed his role just after the Golden Globes. There was a documentary on before Alias last night about the 'story so far' and they had a interview with Ricky Gervais about his role.

was a bit skeptical myself about Ricky Gervais being in it but it's 100% true. Should be interesting.

LOL - still sounds impossible to believe! I'll watch and see, although I can say that I've seen every US episode so far and he's not appeared. Maybe tonight. I just won't be able to see him as anything other than David Brent.

[Edit] It's true it seems! You've just spoilt my surprise :( [/Edit]

Having seen 12 eps of season 3 so far I thought the Bravo documentary was VERY spoiler-filled with regards a lot of things. Far too many clips from later episodes imo. I'm glad I'd seen the eps already cos jeez Bravo were annoying with ruining stuff.

Also, Brendan Courtney, could you know *less* about a show that yer interviewing people about

Sky dropped the show cos of crap ratings. Up til now Alias has been first-run in the UK on Sky One, Sky One Mix, C5 and now Bravo. Getting the audience has proved difficult, hence the channel-hopping.

LMAO! 'Alias' made a MASSIVE screw-up in the Gervais episode. This isn't a huge spoiler, but I'll hide it anyway:
It's in Belfast this time and they mention a bomb in a "Wicklow Bank". The name is used repeatedly. It sounds silly. HOWEVER they're not saying "Wicklow Bank" - as evidenced by the teleprompter you see later on. The bank they blew up was "Ulster National Bank" which, I imagine, Ulster Bank were well pissed off with and forced them to rename. Read their lips though - they're saying "Ulster National Bank" and not "Wicklow Bank"! It's just like RTE's "Proof"!
