Campervan around Europe.

We are four lads thinking of hiring a campervan for 2 weeks to travel around
France and surrounding areas.
Anyone do this before? we would appreciate any tips ie.

places to visit

better do all the heavy drinking in your van, the french think if you drink too much your're an alco
best to wear some irish shirts, this seems to make you immune as everyone knows the irish drink lots, you have no idea how many times my b/f had to say, ‘she’s irish’ and the returning, understanding nod of acknowledgement

There is a place that you can hire campervans in France specially for this type of
thing.. they do everything up to Winnabago's (sp?) and as its left hand drive, its
ideal for driving on the continent..
