    Lo all,

I had posted over here, but due to a lack of reponses and jimeatsmenu's suggestion, I decided to start one here too.

I'm gonna make this thread a little different tho, simply recommend a good, reasonably priced Digital Video Camera for the budding newbie filmmaker!

Don't forget it's model number, price and why it's good, (features/functionality loike).

I know there's been threads like this before on boards 'somewhere', but this sort of things evolves all the time, bigger and better products released every week :)

BTW, If you have any advice for me on my other thread, please pm meh.

    Thanks

    Luc

Camera Excange have a lot of second hand options for one chip DV cameras, you can get them for about 600euro...

Make sure that you check that they are compatible for the programs you intend to edit it on. I suggest you use something like final cut express (its around 300euro)
But many cheap cameras won't work with it- there is a list of ones that do on the apple website. Sony and canon I find pretty good
