You wont find many sites for Final Fantasy fmv downloads. it is illegal. but i'm sure you can get them on Kazaa or another P2P program.

There are programs that allow you to rip the fmvs from the game cds. I've used PSX multi converter and it works fine. Theres also one for FFX.
