From what I have heard they are all full of cr*p!
Try Google AdWords if you are thinking of using an advert drive

Targetted traffic ==rubbish

Get your site well listed on search engines and directories
Provide quality content and the traffic will come..
In any case, traffic alone is useless. You need people to support your advertisers and buy your products/services
