does anyone here own a hauppauge tv-tuner?

If it won't cause you too much of a trouble, could you please make a screen capture of it turned on and post it? I'm very very interested in the quality of it, and if it has an option to hide the titlebar and all frames to leave only the channel(picture)

got one of the old win-tv pro pci one's
can't make you a screencap as I don't have it in the pc presently and the quality would not be as good because it's hooked up to a sky digibox which uses RGB and the wintv uses either aerial (bad) or svideo so it's not the best
but if you have a svideo source the quality is excelent (for rgb sources you can get a rgb > svideo converter at maplins which makes the picture great as well I heard)

as for the default software - yes you can hide the whole lot - buttons and all - so you have a resizable window with only the tv picture. full screen possible too
but there's such a wealth of other software on the net that you can get anything you want
personally I'd recommend you dscaler (scales the resolution + deinterlacing + filters) so the output looks even better (almost dvd like)
