    Fact is SCO will have a hell of a hard time convincing a judge that it owns work that has been developed from a Unix-based OS. I really can't see Americans jumping for that sort of idea, what with the whole 'freedom' and 'reward for work' being something that most American's I've encoutered, will lecture your ear off about.

    It's good that Novell is involved and on the side of Linux in this case, because way back when FreeBSD 1.1.5.1 Novell sucessfully had large chunks of FreeBSD code removed, in a not too dissimilar suit.
