I got this in an e-mail recently. Might not be the right forum, but try it anyway.

While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and make clockwise circles with it.

Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with your right hand.

    Notice anything?
Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about
    it. Mwhahahahaha!! :)

It does depend on how you make a six tho.
you have to do it Anti clockwise in order for it to work :p

Tried it, got strange looks from my co-workers :)

It's pretty cool, like putting your arms out in front of you and trying to rotate your hands in opposite directions.

    By rotating you wrists?
    Anybody can do that.

The rotating foot and the 6 is bloody difficult though.
Just gotta commit it to muscle memory.

Pfff... what ever.... it only works if you write the six backwards, ie from the top around.

I think what k.oriordan means is to extend your two arms out in front of you. Bend them at the elbow so they are pointing up and move one in a clockwise circular motion and the other one in an anti-clockwise circular motion.

Hard to explain without someone actually demonstrating.

Ah the hell with it. Gimme the pat-your-head and rub-your-tummy routine any day :)
