Leap Frogs

I need somebody to say that they remember a cartoon on sky 1 about 10 odd years ago called 'leap frogs' or something to that extent. A strange request it may be, but either I was intoxicated on crack cocaine and imagined this cartoon all those years ago or IT ACTUALLY DID EXIST.

My soul screams for an answer.

If it helps, I think it was about a few teen frogs who lived in brooklyn and what not, but my memory has been distorted with horrid visions of frogs.

Or a cartoon which Network 2 used to show years ago about a weird man wearing strange fly-like goggles floating around in space with trippy things flying past him.

Or what about that guy who would walk into a costume shop (I think his name was Ben?) and whatever costume he put on, he would enter the dressing room and delve into an adventure based on that costume..
