    Hi

Total linux newbie here, and i'm looking to install a linux partition on an old machine 350mhz PII, 512mb ram, 10gb hdd, and am trying to find out which version of linux would be best to go for, want to run a win2k partition as well so the install can't take up too much space.

    Any suggestions?

    Cheers

Whilst it has been answered before, I hear that Mandrake is the one to go for for newbies, but I personally prefer SuSE which some people say is hard for newbies :)
