Sunderland rewarded with a tie against fellow Nationwide league team Sheffield United. Great chance for Mick McCarthy to get to the semifinals.

Hmmm. I see Manchester United are still in the competition and unlikely to win anything else this season. Does the prospect of Roy Keane coming up against Breen, McAteer and McCarthy in a last-chance-for-a-trophy-this-season match excite everyone else as much as me?

I'll tell you what. I would love it, love it if Sunderland won that one. Love it.
