hiya, im planning to go to new zealand this autumn for the year, i know lots of people who have done the whole australia thing and they all went through trailfinders, but i saw online that usit do this whole package thing were they process your visa, set you up with a place to stay for the first few days and other stuff.
i was just wondering had anyone else gone through usit like this to new zealand or australia and wether they found usit any good?
also if you went through trailfinders to new zealand how did you sort out your visa?

go to nz immigration on google and you can print off the forms there and then(2 pages only)
Don't know about usit, but iwould say they are as good as the next one!
NZ kicks ass!after living in Oz and NZ over two periods the first place i would go back to in the morning is NZ,south island especially!
Enjoy as u r gonna have a ball!

what travel agent did you use for your flights? and with them did you stop off along the way and change your flight dates at all?
did you have to send your visa application to england or is there somewhere here that proccesses them?
sorry for all the questions im just trying to get everything sussed before hand.

Got a one way flight!a tad risky but i must have been confident of getting work(FINGERS CROSSED!)
I would advise flying with air new zealand if possible as the stop at every pacific island of note!
You will have to send your application to the New Zealand high commission in London.
    www.immigration.govt.nz/nzis/forms/pdf/nzis1085.pdf
go to the above link if you have adobe acrobat reader and download.
the site itself should give you all your answers!
Your making me jealousI might even print off a copy for myself!

you can still apply for your visa through usit if you want, regardless of where you get the flights... plus they've one or two offers on travel insurance when booked with the visa, which is something to bear in mind.

i was going to ask usit about that because im paranoid that ill screw up the visa application if i do it myself.
    thanks again you guys.

I went with usit to Australia, got my visa and flights and everything sorted out together. I’m going straight back over to New Zealand, nothing going on here work wise anyway, I got my oz visa for free with usit because i bought my travel insurance with them, they do the same deal for New Zealand so I’m going to go with them again, I found their flights were great, I flew home through Asia, I was only supposed to spend 6 weeks there but I ended up staying for over three months! I kept putting my flight dates back and there was no problem doing it which was great, can’t wait to get back over to that side of the world, I loved Australia and I’ve heard even better things about NZ!
