PSO Episode 1&2 - Xbox

    Got PSO, got BB, got LIVE and I was all enabled and ready to go. Put in the pso disk, create a char, save game, go to option menu ---> Purchase hunters license--->Connecting to xbox LIVE--->Connected--->(No.406) Cannot continue due to an unexpected error, press A to restart... EH?WTF, thats not right---->Press A, xbox restarts...

    It does this everytime I try to purchase a hunters license. Oh please, does someone have any idea what is causing this? Or how I can get around this?
