    The Government needs to spend real cash on solving congestion in Dublin and not waiting for private money to do us all a favour. There are some good rail plans out there and some silly ones as well. Some consolidatin might be in order:

    To a degree PPP is useful, insofar as private business can be more efficient, certainly in the decision process. However, I wonder will there be a shift in policy now that the EU capital funding rules are being revised as the limits on borrowing were one set of reasons to go the PP route.

    You should revise that map a little to give a better idea of distance and direction.
