Ftv Card Or Expired Sky Sub Card?

Have recieved a card I purchased on Ebay and it works perfectly. However it would be great to know if it is an FTV card or just an expired Sky sub card. The following displays:

    1. On family pack channels: A brief discription of the channel content and the phone number to call to upgrade subscription etc etc

    2. On premium, box office and ITV2: This is the wrong card for this set top box, Insert the correct Sky viewing card etc etc

In the services/telephone numbers section the activation no for free to view cards is displayed which leads me to think it is a genuine FTV card

Anyone else with a FTV card who can tell me what their card displays.

Off the point, the quality of the regional ITV service seems a bit poor via satellite, My analog aerial recieves clearer, sharper UTV from Brougher Mountain after all the hastle gettin a card!!!!!

Also up yours to all the rip off merchants who quoted ridiculous over €200 prices for the card alone, ended up paying £60 (€90) for it in the end ,which is not bad at all in my opinion

Too right, imagine paying 200 euros just to get ITV, CH4 and CH5, people are conning others! Not fait and you paying 60 isn't too bad but somebody is still profiting from these cards!

I get them anyway been in donegal but i still wouldn't pay 200 for them!

On family pack channels: A brief discription of the channel content and the hone number to call to upgrade subscription etc etc

You get that on all FTV carda AFIK (I do on mine anyway

For the record mine is a BBC P2 card (activated for NI via Pout/Explicit 984) Im resident in NI
Apart for initial registration/activation I dont bother with the phone line As (among other reasons) it involves an extention cable running out to the hall
