Going to Lanzarote this summer for first time. Staying at the H10 Bahia Blanca Apts in Playa Blanca. Anybody got any suggestions for restaurants/places to go in this area and anything else to do on the island. We have 2 boys, 3 1/2 & 1 yr old.

Theres a large enough waterpark in Arecife, grand for a day out with the kids, as you'll definitely want to get out of Playa Blanca after a while (theres really not too much there iirc)... theres a fair amount of restaurants along the harbour front there (Playa Blanca), best bet for a meal.. theres quieter ones just off the main shopping street as well.
Hiring a car would be your best bet for a few days and see a few of the other places of interest on the Island (and there are quite a few)... enjoy.

it's one of the main reasons I picked this apt complex...supposed to have a great kids club. Only problem is they normally only cater for ages 4 & up. Not sure about this one but one in Majorca last year was like that. My 3 1/2 yr old is big enough to pass for 4, so I shouldn't have a problem but we'll still be stuck with the 1 yr old by the pool. Better than working though.
