Dredd Vs Death Problem

Yo, i got the new Jusge Dredd Game and i installed it etc. I downloaded the patch when it asked me too (cause you couldnt skip it) and now even after installing the patch it keep asking me to download and install the patch, i cant skip this option so the game wont start. anyone any ideas? gar
