    The new inspiron can have a 3.2GHz Extremely Expensive processor!!:eek: ... I just specced one up to the last on the dell.com website and it came out at near 6 grand .... but the cheapest you'll get the 3.2EE is over 3 grand .... also has the new 9700 mobility graphics card .. that can be replaced with a newer one if/when ones becomes available (mini-agp?)

    Wtf? The 3.2EE is about €950 atm.
    Why would anyone buy a Dell with an EE processor? Your guaranteed a basic mobo and basic ram with a basic PATA hard drive so what's the point? There's no way you could get the most from an EE in a Dell machine.
    The 3.4Ghz Northwood is a far better investment imho, it's less than half the price and would probably have better resell value too (higher numbers are more appealing)

    Ahh .. sorry ... its a laptop 3.2EE ..and 3grand is for the whole laptop, not just the processor
