ok, so i was with my girlfriend the other day, and we were having sex as you do, but she said something beforehand that i didn't catch cause i was too busy with other stuff, you know yourself, i wont go into detail, but we had sex anyway and that was grand untill i finished and i looked down and looked straight back up again, thinking wtf!?!? and then i realised that she said she was having her period. now i was really disturbed by this, i wont paint a picture but you can imagine yourself, so what i was wondering was do women have sex while they're having their period or am i making an issue out of nothing?

i can't answer for all women, but personally the mess isn't worth it.....
some women are more in the mood for sex during their period because of hormones and the like.
if you aren't comfortable with it tell her, or you could always opt for sex in the shower/bath where mess doesn't matter.
everybody has different views on this so talk to you girlfriend about it and see what she says.

as was said, some girls are more in the mood, its even a fetish for some people (obviously not you). it is alot of hastle, not really worth it, so in future LOOK, you cant blame your girlfriend, she did tell you, even if you were too horny to listen

there's no problem wit it at all, as far as I am concerned but it is a chocie you have to make between urselfs if ur both fine with it then all good(also less chance of accidents). As long as there isn't white sheets it'll be grand. Shower idea isnt bad either though.:)

Me and my Gf had sex while she was on her period and it didnt bother me in anyway, slightly messy yes, fun yes! Though we were in a hotel at the time, now that i mention it though, i do pity the cleaning lady that had to deal with our room.

Well the only bad thing (as long as you don't go down) is the fact that you're going to smell quite a bit. Even if you wash thoroughly the smell stays with you for at least a day.

Though i'll add that from any time i've done it i've always been told afterwards that it helps relieve period cramps. It's really just down to how self conscious she is, and how grossed out you are.

It's just a bit of blood after all...

hate to be crude, but it's just a different colour goop. if she's happy and you're happy then go for it. might want to keep the foreplay to a minimum though, or you'll end up with paw prints everywhere!

been with some who do and some who don't, but tbh, unless you're desperate or she's got the cramps, then it can usually wait until after the deed is done!

what do you mean.. there is no smell if they're is little or no bacteria present..ie if that person is clean...

Unless that person has serious health issues or you don't wash the blood away there will be no lingering smell.

I couldnt find a resident biologist here..they must be all off eating donuts.
I knew it had something got to do with toxins or byproducts produced by bacteria "eating" the blood rather than the blood itself.
