As far as having your negs scanned is concerned, it will cost a fortune if you use a decent pro service. The cheaper (but still very expensive) option is to use a camera shop, but expect results to be poor.

You could probably buy a decent film scanner for the same money you would spend on having the negs scanned for you. Renting may also be an option.

Another option is to buy a slide copying tube (come in T mount), and take photos of the negs, and then jig around with them in Photoshop.

The 300 negs you mention, are these your "keepers" or the total of all the (unscanned) negs you have?
In other words, do you really need to scan all 300?
