You've got a point though, the African game is just not as developed the European one. You do have to remember though that the African national leagues are hardly anything to get excited about hence African nations are only as good as the amount of players that they've got playing in Europe.

The Maghreb derby was rather pathetic near the end. All those seats raining down in front of signs for Libya-Tunisia 2010 and Morocco 2010 didn't do the organisers any favours. Can't really blame them for what the **** in the crowd got up to, but it's still very bad press.

Have watched only bits and pieces of it. IMO its absolute crap football.

Id rather watch a game of junior football on a Sunday morning than watch some of the tripe they call football.

The best teams and the most organised seem to be the ones from North Africa, and luckily two of them have made it to the final.

I'm going with Morocco to win it.

    Morocco toasted mali.
did anyone see the disallowed beautiful chip from the Tunisian early in the first half against Nigeria.
that should be goal of the tournament, and one of the goals of all time.
that, and Achiou (maradona) 's run. and this goal should be compared to Maradona. the level between the teams is the same as the level between England and Argentina back in the day.

anyone looking for a keeper should buy morocco's. safe pair of hands.
    Morocco to win it.
