    A good trick is to use the super cancel (R1+R2) to move away from a high ball about to land at you. Let it bounce instead and over the defender :)

    'Fake shoot' with the out side of the boot would be a favourite of mine to go by the keeper.

    Basically, press the 'shoot' button, then before the shot is taken, quickly press short pass(X) and direct the player towards the out side of his shooting boot.

    You can also fake inside by preesing the opposite direction, but i rate the first version higher.
