If you are really interested in working for someone who is either too stupid to read the first thread on the board, despite it's topic of "New Rules: Recruitment Advert Policy" being clearly relevant to him, or who is too rude and inconsiderate of others to follow said rules then I suppose you could PM him or something.…

Personally I recommend avoiding employment from people who are either stupid or rude and inconsiderate.
