For the third time in three month's my dish has moved.Twice I have paid to get it re-aligned and yesterday it moved again.

Getting pissed off about this I decided to do the job myself,up on the ladder with my brother shouting out of the window, signal 75% quality 50% etc,I managed to get the job done and now have perfect reception. What I did notice is that the nut's on the dish were not very tight(the wall will have to come down now before that dish moves again!).

Is this a deliberate policy so that the installer has to keep coming back to fix it?

Only the installer could answer that question.
