Intresting to see how boards has changed. Just search for boards.ie and it comes up with how the site looked years back

don't forget if a site goes down you can still look at the google snapshot by sdearchign for the url on google and clicking on the '[cached]' link to bring up what was there the last time the google bot ran over the site.

Yeah it's a great site-one of my favourites. Interesting to go back and see how various things like mobiles and cameras have evolved in the last eight years or so.

    Brilliant!! :D:D

I had (as it turns out) a cool DHTML script on an old version of a website since amended. I tried digging in my webspace to no avail. I searched every folder on my PC to no avail.(deleted the local copy of the old version of the site apparently  ) I thought it might have been javascript so I searched javascript sites for it. After about 2 hours I gave up and said to myself. "Ah I'll check a few boards.ie threads before bed"...found this thread, entered my site into the archive search....2001....BINGO!! Theres the script I wanted! What a stroke of luck, coincidence etc etc.

Yes I know I know, "what a sad bastard looking for a DHTML script on a Saturday night or any kind of script...WTF is a script anyway etc etc" :D:D
