Just saw it for the first time in a while last night. Anyone else see it ? Tis class! The host just laughs at them after they lose... the nice folk look like they wanna kill him. Are the contestents filtered or is that just pure blind luck each week ?

Why is the host stuck on that show ? He should have something on at a better time and so forth so on

Contestants are the people who come out of the draw in the previous week.

And it's one of the worst shows on the box. Derek whathisface doesn't help.

Derek Mooney. He giggles like a girl too much. He reminds me of the priest in Father Ted who cant finish a sentance for laughing..

    Derek Mooney

Yeah they should find something else to put this presenter on.

Don't like the show no matter how much they have tried to jazz it up.

    Time for a change.

Haven't seen this in a while, but along with comments re: Derek Mooney being a little OTT, it has often struck me that who ever devises the games for them is on sime mad trippy buzz.

A recent survey of biddies in rural Ireland found that 9 out of ten preferred 'Dangerous' Derek Mooney to 'Smooth' Mike Murphy in their choice of presenter for Winning Streak.

Derek is terrible- when someone does badly he goes "oooooooohhhh" like he's just got a knee in the guts!!
Still, I wouldn't say no to being on the show! :)

do u know that the winning streak show because its a lottery show the games on it have to be "pure luck" games,as in no skill what so ever must be used to suceed in it,obviously the presenter is also required to have no skill either!

I don't mind making an ass out of myself and doing it on TV would be no different so I'd go on the show.

Every time it's on my mother says something like "You know he's not married?". Bless 'er. :)

Daniel O'Donnell wasn't married either, until recently, whatever that means

Yeah, Derek does have the same sort of appeal to women over 60 that Daniel O'Donnell has. I wonder how he feels about that! :)
