Buying from cdwow - surcharge not being processed?

Just bought a cd from cd-wow.com.hk and got the usual warning - "British Pornographic Institute would like us to add surcharge of HK$28.50 (about €3) to all cds delivered within the UK and to throw in Ireland too because they wouldn't feel right if they weren't ripped off also." However the receipt I got from Worldpay only…

Just bought a cd from cd-wow.com.hk and got the usual warning -

"British Pornographic Institute would like us to add surcharge of HK$28.50 (about €3) to all cds delivered within the UK and to throw in Ireland too because they wouldn't feel right if they weren't ripped off also."

However the receipt I got from Worldpay only shows the usual HK$105.99 fee. Mistake in the receipt, or has the surcharge not actually been processed?

I don't think the surcharge is bein applied until Saturday. I got a mail about it, but I deleted it. I think!
