Does anyone know of a surgery that does lipsuction in Dublin.

    What are the costs involved?

Basically I am lazy and would prefer a quick fix to actual exercise.

There is no "quick fix". If you have lipo, and don't change your diet afterwards and don't exercise you'll put all the weight and size back on and more.

Lipo isn't a miracle fix. It's just a shortcut, you still have to change your lifestyle.

My diet is quite good, I just went on a beer binge for a few months and piled on the blubber, I just want it sucked out! I've never been fat before and I just want to get back to my streamlined self!

If anyone has any info let me know.

Doesn't that leave bruises and marks for a few weeks? And also make you tender and sore, so you have to sit around, hence get no exercise, hence put on weight again?

Sounds like an unhealthy option to me, personally

    Yes, www.cosmeticsurgery.ie
If you're overweight, they won't do it. This isn't America, they won't just do it for anyone. Liposculpture is not a weight loss procedure or a way to make you look thinner. It's 'sculpture' of the body. If you exercise and eat healthily, for instance, you might still find fat builds up on the backs of your thighs, say, and you can't shift it. That is the definition of an ideal candidate for liposculpture.

Also, it costs between £2000-5000 in the UK depending on how much fat has to be removed. You have a localised anaesthetic (so you can go home the same day, it doesn't carry the same risks as general anaesthesia), so you can see the surgeon ramming the cannular inside your skin. You will also be in a LOT of pain for weeks following the procedure.

And the best bit? The fat will start to collect in the same area again, because you're genetically predisposed to having extra fat in that area.

So please, take cosmetic surgery seriously, after all, it IS surgery and it's a major operation which carries risk of infection, perforated organs etc etc etc.

It takes months apparantly aswell before you get the real shape. You'll be swollen and sore for weeks at least and won't see the results for many months. Why not at least try exercise...?

Bit of a contradiction though, beer is a big no-no on a diet, it will definitely give people big bellies. Why not at least try exercise, get into the shape the old fashioned way? If that fails, consider drastic measures like lipo. Good post etho btw.

quick fixes are never the answer, what’s to stop you going on another drinking binge?
It’s drastic, invasive surgery you are talking about and under anaesthetic
have you considered all the consequences of doing this?
I suggest exercise, proper diet and lay off the drink for a while

I was under the impression that the fat will not come back to that area because the fat cells have been removed, although of course the fat will return to other areas.

Best answer: Exercise, its not just about your figure.
    It will improve your:
    Figure
    Sleeping
    Energy
    Fitness
    Outlook

And what does it cost? Not even a gym membership if you jog and run? Now which one would you choose?

No point saying that sangre even though its good advice.

He has turned down similar advice from the fitness board after being told he wouldn't get a shoulder to cry on there if he didn't put any effort in.

I wouldn't waste my time with a person who is looking for a magical cure.
