Sorry man, must have been posting while you were doing yours, my view were expressed already. Matches were just too short. Not enuf time to do nothing.

Benoit winning Rumble, yeah predictable, but last 2 years were even more obvious. Just glad they didnt run with the double elimination rumour with Bill. He deserved to win tho, Good man Chris!l Havent been surprised at a rumble since Vinny Mac won...

For my honest thoughts cheack out ma' thread...

the rumble felt more like a rushed episode of raw or smackdown, youd settle into a match and hen boom it was over before ye blinked your eyes.

Match of the night was HHH versus shawn michaels, didnt rush it, said what it had to say and carried the rumble.

Rest was a shambles, lurching from match to match with no direction, I expect better from WWE

Ah well roll on no way out

    Shin

The first four matches were incredibly short. I didn't mind that much because I knew they had to make time for the Rumble match itself. But the amount of buildup for the Guerrero's feud, and it's over in 10 minutes!? The HBK-HHH match was really really good, and then had a really ****ty ending. I didn't care if Triple H won, just as long as somebody did.

The Rumble match was really slow in places - the best early bits were Foley returning, and the split-second possibility of the Dead Man making an appearance. Jesus, I was almost out of my chair. And of course, the F5 to Goldberg and his elimination. Then towards the end, it picked up pace and the crowd got more into it (they were pretty much dead for the whole PPV) I liked the way the last 6 were possible contenders to win it, not somebody like Rico. And then my man Benoit wins it with a submission-style elimination. Benoit rules!! I can't say that enough.

i thought the royal rumble was a good event
they really build up some good feuds for wrestlemania
xx even though we knew what was going to happen
the best part of the night the was lesner and goldberg
confrontation bacKstage and then lesner f 5 goldberg
in the rumble match and costing him the match so that
    match at mania will RULE!
also when kane was in the match AND TAKERS OLD MUSIC
CAME I F****N JUMP OUT OF MY SEAT IT WAS AMAZING!
and the LEGEND KILLER RANDY ORTON AND HARDCORE
LEGEND MICK FOLEY KICKING THE CRAP OUT EACH WAS
GREAT, benoit winning was good to see its about time he
    getting a push
HHH VS HBK WAS REALLY GOOD IT WAS BLOODY WITH A FAIR
    RESULT IN THE END
the rest was pretty s**t so
overall is was a okay the rumble match and hhh vs hbk safed it

    NTL screwed me over.

didnt get to see it but reading the reports it sounds like it was a disaterous royal rumble.

from what i hear too the deadman music for undertaker ot distract kane? does it mean he IS coming back as the deadman?

mysterio and noble with such a short match? wtf?

but thank god benoit got the win....no more than he deserves in my opinion

Well the rumour may not have been exact but it does look like its going to be Brock vs Goldberg anyway. The last thing Goldberg done in the ring before being eliminated after the f5 was roar "You're NEXT" at Brock.

It looks fairly obvious too that Undertaker will face Kane. No real surprise Benoit won to be honest and was kinda predictable that Foley would show.

Is it just me or is the WWE becoming too easy to predict? I mean I don't know when something surprised me last.

Have to say Goldberg spearing Nunzio was very funny though :):):)

All matches before the HHH/HBK match where way to short, the Cruiser Weights got jipped again, 3 minutes their fight took.

As a result all these matches sucked donkey balls and 'that's all I got to say about that'.

The HH/HBK match was O.K (Their match on RAW awhile back was better) both guys bled quite a lot and sold their moves well.

RR match was O.K., a couple of things,
What is the deal with having Spike go aginst Kane? It does neither of them any justice.
Obvious now that 'taker will be back as the 'Deadman'.
Foley replacing Test was a good idea but his and Ortens brawl just distracted from the main event.
Delighted to see Benoit win, he deserves the push.

Well things are definitely shaping up the way everyone predicted them as on RAW last night Goldberg claimed that Brock was next again and Benoit appeared on Raw saying he would challenge for Raw's World Championship after Stone Cold announced he had the right to do so.

Theres a reason that there is another thread for discussing what happens on RAW... its because some of us like to acvtually watch it without knowing whats going to happen......idiot:mad:

Thought it was a great rumble match though the rest of the matches were too short and the HHH HBK match had a crap ending(and stoopah oh Ill punch you once or twice and expect you to stay down for a ten count)

might not be a match result but it is something which happens on RAW

    Ok sorry no harm meant.

I looked upon it as something like someone doing a neat trick in a football match (i.e. something that happened of interest but not relevance to the overall scheme of things)

    I'm sorry anyway, won't happen again :(
