VRT on motorcycle imports

Hi guys.. Does anyone know what the sliding scale on VRT reduction is on motorcycles....I know that its initially €2 per c.c. for the first 350cc and €1 thereafter but the age reduction is what I'm looking for..... 10% per year..etc.. anyone know?? regards...Dave..
