Go to my local shop, their was a girl there who i really liked at the time, and made sure i was served by her and no one else , so made sure i was in the right point in the que to talk to her,everyweek! ohh stupid youth! lol

I dont know if it counts as either silly or desperate but I drove 800 miles in the freezing cold (on a motorbike) to see the one I love. To Sligo, back home X 2. Also drove to Dublin in slightly less cold to see the same girl.

The first trip to Sligo in Jan 03 was wicked... Almost hypothermia by Galway, almost dead by Sligo. Looking back.. it was silly but totally worth it. Hurrah to being young & stupid!

In work, I pretended that my monitor was broken to get this girl beside me to help me find another one. It's just a good job she didn't try to fix it or something and realise that there wasn't a damn thing wrong with it in the first place...

Oh, it worked btw - we started going out shortly afterwards :-)

Yea, I fancied this girl in a fairly unpopular music store which was nearly always quiet. So I was in there every few days, and would talk to her for between half an hour and 3 hours if no boss was around. I'd bought **** loads of cds and games out of there purely to have a reason to talk to her. I got 2 free tickets to X-Men 2 when it came out and asked her if she wanted to go with me, she said she'd like to, and most likely would, then I found out I had to move within 3 days if I wanted to keep my job, so the date never happened. Have seen her once since, and couldn't really talk to her then. Found out of a friend she was lik 5 years older than me a few weeks ago, which was weird. Still fancy the arse of her and would love to go out with her, but alas dear yorick, life intervened and it wasn't to be. Woe is me

Nope she had a bf at the time,pity because she was a really nice girl. But then as happens to everyone, i met someone else who was lovely and having been dating her ever since.

I got a guy from a fancy dress shop to dress up as Darth Vader and call up to this guys house *the guy I liked was big into star wars* .... holding a box on valentines day .... and when he opened the box a helium baloon floated up with 'I like you' wrote on it.

of course the guy didn't know who I was ... or that it was from me! ... we did eventually end up going out with each other for some time after that.

I once wrote 'I can't stop thinking about you' in redlipstick on a girl I fancied's front windscreen. But it got all wierd and stuff, just aswel she didn't know it was me cause she called the police.:rolleyes:
There's a fine line between romance and harrasment. I learned a valuable lesson that day. Don't write in red lipstick, they think it's blood.

Interesting question magick, I remeber it well, twas 14 years ago, good sweet jesus christ its that long SIGH showing my age.

Anyhoo I worked for a youth project in town here, this girl and me got real friendly, not to the romance stage or anything but i wished it had and for the 4 months i was in the job I did anything and everything for her, bought her chocolates flowers, went to see movies the whole nine yards.

Anyhoo the silliest thing i did was one saturday i met her in town, and she said we had to go to this bicycle shop, i thought it was weird but hey I was in love, so we goto the shop and pick up this bicycle and declare to god she had me walk with this thing 4 miles to her house, and in the middle of this trip she ****s off to be with her boyfriend as i found out later, to add more embarassment to my predictament, my mother saw me with this thing and let me have it with both barrels when i got home saying what an idiot I was ETC ETC.

Not long after this i arranged to meet her in town and this is when she decided to parade her boyfriend in front of me, which crushed me altogether.

Took me a long time to get over that let me tell you, and i suppose thats why I havent trusted myself to get that deep into a relationship again, i find these days that any woman i approach seem to find me more of a brotherly figure rather than someone they see as a potential Boyfriend or whatever

Shinzon, I though for a minute that you gave her chocolate flowers, mad. Imagine giving someone chocolate flowers, that would deserve harsh treatment like you got. But since you didn't give her those, you were well an truly dangerously provoked and in your rights to push them infront of a bus.

She may not have realised that you liked her so she may not have ment to hurt you in such a way, its not love when she don't know you like her its a crush and a crush can make you think strange imho
