Installing usb adsl modem on fedora

The one that comes with UTV. I've decided to change track on connecting to the internet, and hopefully simplifing matters. Previously trying through a wifi card etc. (Btw, another card worked, just need to set it up correctly) Is it easy enough for a newbie to try? Anything i should be aware of? Thanks, mark
