Sky+ and second box installation

    This has probably been covered elsewhere but I just to need ask a quick question on getting Sky+ installed.

    I am getting Sky+ next week and relocating my existing digibox to a bedroom upstairs. As I own the existing digibox and am paying outright for the Sky+ box, will I need to have both connected to phone lines after the installation?

    Assuming you are getting a mirror subscription for the "old" box, yes you will need both connected to a line so Sky can ensure both boxes are being used at the same address.

    As the mirror subscription is only €20 extra per month(as far as I know) , they keep a close eye on you to make sure you dont give the box to someone else or operate it at a different location.

    They give you a further 5 euro off for sky + so second sub is 15 pm
