    Just got XP and i cant get my address bar up.


    How do i get my address bar to show?
    i cant type in any web address.

    anyone know how to fix this ?

    In internet explorer
    go to view/ toolbars and ensure the address bar is ticked

    thats the 1st thing i did ,,

    when i did that, all that happened was the word address appeared on the top right hand side, i cant move it or drag it,,

    In the view menu, untick lock the toolbars and then drag them to where you want them ie: drag the address bar across to fill the entire colum
