Yeah I've tried it recently and I like it a lot. Even more than my previously beloved Mandrake (hopefully Mandrake will win me back with version 10).

Using Mandrake 9.2, over Red Hat because of a few reasons

    namely
    1) drake allows package choice during install
    2) urpmi is great

    I hate it.

    its tg3 driver sucks. :P

    Redhat 9 all the way.

(ps I don't actually endorse the use of Redhat 9)

The Fedora Core 1 kernels hate my SATA setup. Fedora on that box works fine with a Red Hat 9 kernel though.

Something about the tg3 driver needs to be >= 2.4.2something.

I reckon I just wait for 2.6.2 and snarf 2.4 anyway. *bump*
