OK, I assume you'll get a student doing it, so maybe its not strictly a bargain, but Knights in the Stephens Green centre are offering free haircuts on weekdays if you're brave enough! It's not for me but might suit a scruffy student who wants to look less scruffy ;)

sounds good enough, considering you can quite often pay good money for a hair cut and still get a **** job of it.
