Could the CM engine work for other sports?

Like Basketball or Rugby or similar. Basketball is a game built on numbers and statistics, and you could assign ratings to attributes like jumping/free throws/dunking/passing/creativity/etc I'd buy it anyway.

Yes as far as i know the Eastside Hockey Game , uses the CM3 Engine
