Has anyone been watching Richard and Juday lately, they have a new addition to their show.

    'Richard and Judy's Book Club'.

    Hmmmm..... sound familiar anyone?

I'm sure it will make UK authors quite happy, assuming they feature some books from this side of the world. Every time Oprah features a book on her list, sales go up by 50,000+ automatically. I doubt that it would have the same impact in the UK and Ireland but it doesn't take a staggering amount of sales over here to get on the bestseller list (or to skew it entirely).

well I used to work in a bookshop in the states and we always sold out of books featured on her show within 2 days. richard and judy even have their own stickers placed on books in shops just like oprah.
