    Hi! I'm new here!

Has anyone here given up smoking only to pile on the pounds as your
metabolism goes haywire? :dunno: I have  . Three years ago I gave up only to gain about four stone serious. I tried combating this problem and I asked my
father to get me a personal trainer but still no good. I tried taking up smoking
again and I've lost half of what I've gained in a year. Giving up cold turkey
doesn't work and I want to give up again. Does anyone have any tips to how
I could give up again and not gain weight again. I have little time for exercise as
I have lectures nearly all day, well all afternoon. ;)

    Any tips would be appreciated.

So your a fat ba5tard eh, just what i pictured. You asked your dad to get you a personal trainer, you ponce. Don't eat as much. As for excercise, most fit people have little time for excercise but they get it done regardless. I work a full week and I am always busy with other projects but I still fit in my excercise. Ever thought of getting up early for a run or else doing it before you go to bed? Something on your lunch break? Maybe you were just left with the reject genes making you lazy and prone to weight gain as well as being really stupid

    LIAR, you don't work.

Oh and I said I lost weight, and was looking for a way not to gain weight again by giving up ciggeretes.

You put on 4 stone and then lost half that so your still 2 stone over weight. And judging from your original post you seem a little excercise shy. Post a picture of yourself and prove your not fat. Your a liar mate
