Very hard to tell with the '?' obviously some character not coming out (at least on my screen). I think it's advertising a guesthouse in Prague? Something to do with in nice environs, close to some station, peaceful surroundings, a stroll from something else.

Sorry, that's all I can tell. Apologies if I'm way off the mark.
