hi, since last August I've been taken weight gain from York, the stuff you get in Argos and I've been using weights and doing push ups..

My routine is to do 12 x 3 weights, 10 x 3 push ups (2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on etc etc). I've definatly gained muscle around my shoulder area and much stronger that I used to be, but now I want to start working on my actual body. At the mo I'm flater than piss on a plate, chest area and still can see some rib bones. I want to get some fitness device (from argos) that will work out my chest area, and aswell another device that can help me advance my workout on my shoulders as I'm still skinny enough. I'm just trying to get some weight on really, and fill out.
Also should I get something different, like Creatine, or stick with the york weight gain formula :dunno:
