Returning Free DSL Modem

    Has anyone tried returning their free IOLBB modem?,
    I've no need for it (got a router modem)

    I'm sure your ISP will gladly take it back, but don't expect credit for it! It is 'free', after all.

    It is "free" only for the duration of the BB contract, thereafter IOL reserve the right to debit EUR 150 in the event of non-return.

    Thus to return it is a wise move, ensuring that EUR 150 will not be charged.

    Keep it until the end of the contract or when you leave them - just for trouble shooting - *in case*.

    Yeah, IOL......took them 8 weeks to deliver my modem, and i have one week to return it or else they bill me. Ho ho. ( I even kept the box it was delivered it, just in case).:rolleyes:
