Does anybody know if there are any music shops in Dublin that sell them?

Perfect Pitch get those electric ones in and out all the time, if you ask nicely I'm sure they'll tell you when they'll have one in again

what sort of money for one ?
does it have the drone type strings on the back like a regular sitar ? or is it one of those guitar-sitar cross-breeds ?

I think it was around the €1500 mark. It was basically and electric guitar with the extra little set of strings above the main 6
