Off peak/on peak for bank holidayz

i'm subscribed to Netsmart from esat BT and i'v looked everywhere on their site and through the terms n conditions but it doesn't state whether bank holidays are charged with off peak or on peak rates. I know most phone calls are charged @ off peak rates but what about the net?
